COMEBI - Company Improves its Development, Collaboration and Work Execution Processes through the use of Autodesk Solutions

Customer challenge

COMEBI is a company that develops housing architectural projects, and is based in San Luis Potosi. COMEBI currently has a high demand for the development of modern homes and amenities, always with an avant-garde and functional design. When designing, subdividing, and building homes, all the information that is generated is required in different sites at different stages of the projects, so it is essential to have this information available for consultation or requested changes.

Project goals

One of the key objectives sought with this implementation was to be able to have a direct connection to the information on currently active projects and their operation and maintenance. Another objective was to be able to have better control of the documents generated and end-to-end monitoring of the work.

Solution

This was how we jointly developed the implementation of the Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions, which helped the client connect all the information, from various disciplines across the different departments in the republic. Likewise, the solution was deployed within the different projects that are currently active.

Business outcome

The result was successful because adequate information could be obtained from the beginning by the client, who was very open to the process that involves implementing new methodology and technology to current processes, always complying with the mission and vision of the company's business.

Conclusion

In this way, the use of the tools and a correct execution of a BIM plan helped our client to improve delivery times, and this is reflected in the ROI of the project.
