Realizar el estudio de factibilidad económica para la realización de un corredor vial entre Argentina y Chile, incluyendo el análisis de los costos para el Movimiento de Suelos requerido, Pavimento, Seguridad Vial y Estreucturas, incluyendo los puentes y túneles necesarios para tener una nueva alternativa para conectar ambos países atravesando la cordillera de los Andes. Se realizaron los análisis para el corredor, mediante la conexión de la emblemática ruta 40 del lado argentino, con la ruta 5 del lado chileno, incluyendo el paso fronterizo entre ambos países.

El desafío consistía en poder administrar la documentación del proyecto, de forma tal que se pueda gestionar con trazabilidad, la entrega, revisión, aprobación y certificación de la ejecución del proyecto, con un equipo de trabajo distribuido entre Argentina y Perú.
