In order to change the dilemma of low efficiency and high manpower cost, Deston Plastics proposed an adventurous idea to use the injection process and complete it at one go. The solution would help the customer fulfill their ideas, from mould design, injection moulding process parameters, and prediction after injection moulding.

Solution

I-VTech Solutions uses Autodesk Moldflow Insight Analysis software to successfully simulate the entire injection process for the products, and obtain all the corresponding injection parameters and result parameters.
