新潟市中央区に本拠を置く建設コンサルタント、株式会社キタックでは、2017年1月に中山正子氏が代表取締役社長に就任。同年10月には、給料や休暇取得率を上げながら、技術力や業績もアップさせることで、社員や家族が満足できる働きがいのある会社を作ろうという理念のもとBIM/CIMを中軸に据えた「中期経営目標」が策定された。

その大きな目標の１つが「稼ぐ力の強化」だ。「受注と利益の確保、新技術の開発、新分野の開拓という課題の解決には、社内の各部門におけるBIM/CIMの戦略的な活用が欠かせません。そのため、BIM/CIMは一番、注力すべき分野と考えました」と代表取締役社長の中山正子氏は説明する。

Solution

BIM/CIMを軸にした中期経営目標推進のため、2017年に初めて「Autodesk Architecture,Engineering&Construction Collection （以下、AECコレクション）」を２本導入、全社のBIM/CIＭ活用を支えるBIM/CIM推進課を設立し、調査、設計から解析、維持管理などの業務にBIM/CIMモデルを活用するためのサポートを実施。着々と社内で業務への活用を進め、その結果、2020年には約90人いる技術社員全員がAECコレクションを使える環境にするためAECコレクションマルチユーザーを50本まで増設。充実したソリューションが自由に使える環境と、手厚いサポート体制により、BIM/CIM活用を社内で急速に普及させてきた。
