The Carve Tech mainly manufactures statues from 2 to 60 foot. Before purchasing software, they performed all of the work manually by hand and they take 75 days to make a 20 foot statue with 30-40 people manpower. After software purchase, the same statues are made within 3 days using Autodesk PowerMill and customized with the 5-axis machine. Before PowerMill, The Carve Tech purchased MasterCAM software, but they had not improved the post-processor and manufacturing process within 3-4 months. We set all processes for The Carve Tech within 10 days with customized post-processor for 4- and 5-axis machines.
