A Secretaria Municipal de Infraestrutura Urbana de Goiânia – SEINF – tem por função proteger e garantir a manutenção do espaço pertencente ao patrimônio público por meio de ações programadas, a fim de contribuir com o desenvolvimento da política de infraestrutura urbana do município. Devido a um decreto federal, a partir de 2021 haverá a obrigatoriedade da metodologia Autodesk BIM para projetos do governo no Brasil. A SEINF queria se implementar a tecnologia para se regularizar perante a lei, mas receava que não houvesse engajamento por parte dos servidores mais antigos.
