利用Autodesk Moldflow進行評估,以幫助客戶確認合適的射出機台及成型參數。在選用射出機台時,需考量包含射出產品性質、模具尺寸、開模行程、鎖模力、螺桿壓縮比、射出速度及射出量等多種因素,利用 Autodesk Moldflow,可以在先對產品和模具設計進行充分模擬分析及優化,提供清晰易懂的評估報告給予客戶,以幫助客戶選擇合適的射出機台。

針對某一模一穴的網格蓋板,進澆點為24點,客戶希望使用1000噸以下的射出機台進行射出成型製程。然而,在不超過鎖模力的限制之下(如下圖),產品會有短射的問題,即使更換流動性較好的材料,仍然無法解決短射問題。因此Autodesk Moldflow建議客戶將流道系統從原本的冷流道更換成熱流道,以降低射出壓力,進而降低鎖模力。

將流道系統更換成熱流道及進行成型參數優化後,鎖模力獲得了32%的改善,不僅符合客戶要求的鎖模力限制。除此之外,射出壓力、流速也皆獲得改善,並以此確認了射出機台的規格及成型參數。
